Some poems are easy

The words, they come so fast

A simple little thought

Will set my mind aghast

Others are not so ready

The words are hard to find

The thoughts are not so simple

Nothing seems to rhyme

One may take five minutes

Another at least a year

Some stay incomplete

Never finished, never clear

But they are all my poems

Things I think and want to say

If I were only so clever

To make the words not disarray
